The little miss had to apologize, then give a replacement copy of Bird & Birdie in a Fine Day to the "library guy." Apparently, this book wasn't a favorite.
When interviewed about the event, our 3-year-old book critic had this to say:
-Storyline was embarrassingly predictable.
-Characters were mildly offensive, most times impulsive and downright ugly.
-There was an appalling lack of creative climb from one page to the next.
-It just didn't move me.
And so, she did what any reasonable 3-year-old would do-- Work yourself into a literary fit, and rip the book into a zillion pieces. Besides, "you can just tape it back together, mom."

Totally reasonable! :) I've felt like doing the same thing a few times myself! :)
Nice critique Sar! What a stinker.
That is funny!!!
Umm, we just had one of those fits ourselves. Luckily it wasn't a library book. But after a much needed apology to big brother, we are in search of a new Clifford book.
