Splashing around

We tried out a new lake this summer. We've gone a couple times now because it is super close, has easy access, and has free entrance. The kids stay busy with sand angels, splashing, swimming, and always lots of digging.

sand angels seem like they would be painful. I can only guess that it would feel like rubbing sandpaper on your skin. Crazy kids!
