Future Actors?
Our oldest two kids waited in line for 5 hours, mom in tow, for an open casting call down in Portland tonight. They've each got a 1 in 900 chance of being in a film with Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser. The odds are less than favorable, but we gave it a shot anyway. The movie producers were looking for 2 boys to play brothers in an upcoming film and wanted them to be local. The casting company was only expecting 400 to show up, and weren't prepared for the amount of kids that came. Long and cold, but we waited it out and eventually got our 10 seconds in front of a camera. This picture was taken right before we went inside the building. Until that point, we were in a line that wrapped around the block and nearly back to the starting doors.

good for you! i was actually debating whether or not to take logan, but then i thought of the drama he might create for me later!!(not wanting to go to film, crying,at the same time baseball starts, etc...)then i decided against it! i hope one (or both) of your boys gets it! that would be exciting! we all LOVE harrison ford. (i heard that brenden frasier is going to be in it, too!)
How cool! You're such a good mom to wait that long. How fun would that be to know someone famous?!
Sounds like fun...Don't forget me when you famous!!
Oh, I hope they make it! How fun would that be?!
Pretty cool! That would be wild if they made it. You are super woman to wait that long with them. I am sure it was one of those memory building experiences!

I had know idea they aspired to such heights!
