Valentine's
I don't remember purposely planning a seafood dinner tradition for Valentine's Day, but it seems to have happened again in 2009. And, I'm not sure it is the best tradition because these sea creatures tend to creep me out just a little, plus they are tricky to cut into. Nonetheless, the unfortunate crustacean that made its way from the sea and onto our dinner plates tonight was (du du du dUUUUU - please insert tune of the old Imperial butter commercials followed by a crown appearing on someone's head for dramatic effect):

Boy you sure are adventurous. I don't know that if I even liked seafood I would attempt to cook lobster.
